Renew Your Body and Spirit (Gymnastics and Aerobics)

To promote the care of the body as the temple of the Holy Spirit through movement, fun, and spiritual connection.
  • Children aged 3 to 12 years
  • Modality: Gymnastics + Christian music + games
  • Kit: Small pillow, exercise hoop, personalized bottle,
    cooling towel, and t-shirt
Program duration
One month | Duration per session: 2 hours
Classes per week
1 class per week | Hours per month: 8 hours
Areas of Development
  • Gross motor skills: Jumping, balance, coordination.
  • Health and wellness: Adapted physical exercise.
  • Emotional. Healthy emotional release.
  • Spiritual: Gratitude for the body God gave us.

Structured Activities

Game and Jumping Circuits

  • Verse: “Do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit?” (1 Corinthians 6:19)
  • Dynamic: Game finding the verse with hands and feet
  • Kit: Children's foam mat + laminated verse

Christian Dance and Aerobics with Music!

  • Verse: “They danced with tambourines before him.” (2 Samuel 6:14)
  • Dynamic: Simple choreography with a Christian song
  • Kit: Colorful scarf + bracelet

Exercise and Enjoy

  • Verse: “Let everything that has breath praise the Lord.” (Psalm 150:6)
  • Dynamic: Exercise circuit with music
  • Kit: Card with exercises + personalized water bottle

Friendly Competitions

  • Verse: “The joy of the Lord is my strength.” (Nehemiah 8:10)
  • Dynamic: With each jump, a word from the verse is repeated, and you receive your medal.
  • Kit: Cards with verse for game and colored sacks.

My Body, God's Temple

  • Verse: “In peace I will lie down and sleep...” (Psalm 4:8)
  • Dynamic: Instrumental music + guided prayer
  • Kit: Small pillow + sheet with nighttime prayer
